| Art Nouveau influences I was on my way to buy a snow cone and I saw this sign on this contemporary looking building! The illustration is really reminiscent of Aubrey Beardsley's work. The elongated peacock falls similar to Beardsley's illustrations below. The curvilinear line works are present, the typeface can also identify as an influence from alphonse mucha's advertisements. |
